Standing in the rain, with his head hung low
Couldn't get a ticket, it was a sold out show
Heard the roar of the crowd, he could picture the scene
Put his ear to the wall, then like a distant scream.....

...Sock Drawer Hero got knives in his drawers :hand-over-mouth

Amazing work noble 0003, so well done it is virtually indistinguishable from the original, which doesn't make any sense anyway. Who puts just socks in their sock drawer without a (less than) stainless companion? Meanwhile my YoJumbo has been eating shorts and pants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A special budget had to be allocated to cover these recurring repair costs to my already tatty apparel. In the spirit of safeguarding planet Earth it's a small contribution on my part to recycle as much as possible and the scars expertly applied by a pair of local craftsmen look quite contemporary and have even garnered compliments from local kids who liked "my fit", which is short for outfit, which is short already. Local youngsters have discovered and reinvented the iconic early nineties
grunge/skate/punk/hardcore look with baggy jeans, khakis with a cuff and a crease and loud band shirts left and right. Aaah, those were the days of mistress Vanessa Warwick on Headbanger's Ball back when MTV was still in the business of airing music videos and premiered Metallica's epic One, at that time the most impressive and harrowing thing I had ever seen as a young yeenager the way it presents the true horrors of war. Still my favorite composition by them and every live version is equally magnificent. The message is peace brothers and sisters.

Faithfully at your service,
0047

I noticed kids ankle socks make for the best knife sleeping bags in the knife drawer.

How cool is that! It really has been a fun thread. Long may our socks stand upright in their drawers and spread their fragrance upon our treasured cutlery! Huzzah, indeed!
