My enduring Endura...

#1

Post by SC_PATRIOT »

Need some input from you guys and gals. I have more Spydercos than I care to disclose but I have more special steels in my Enduras. Specifically SUPERBLUE, is my favorite due to patina and extreme sharpness I can attain on it. Due to Covid I am laid off until I start property management in the next month. How do I keep my SUPERBLUE Endura in shape like all my other models that have a definite "pop" when they close or open. I have tightened all the screws and the pivot to keep all components from getting sloppy. Have a backup in the safe but I don't want to crack it open. Is it time to decommission?

Sounds like its time to clean it. Take it apart, clean, oil, reassemble.

Sounds like screws are too tight. Tune it till your happy with the action then use blue lock tight to secure the screws.
