Notifications question

Is there a way to subscribe to threads and receive notifications here on the forum but NOT get an email that you got the post/reply? I can't seem to find the option for that, if there is one.

User Control Panel - Click the tab marked "Board Preferences" - Click "Edit notification options" - Check (or uncheck) Notification Types for options that you want.

Yep there it is, thanks. I had even edited it before but other day I just couldn't find it. Didn't look hard enough I guess.
