Is there a term for?

#1

Post by TargaMonteSS »

Is there a term for when you bring your light duty edc and get absolutly burned by the amount of work you have to do.

Examples. Only had my opinel and had to score and cut drywall for volunteering with some guys building walls.

Or another time cut all these 500lb zip ties off of these countless canvas bags and all I had was a aus8 dragonfly trying to find some material we needed at work

"unprepared?" Just joking with you. I think most of us have fallen into that scenario at one point or another. The small tool kit I keep in the car keeps expanding. When I pare it back I inevitably don't have something I need.

This is why a pair of knives is always better than just one. I always carry a more full size knife and something smaller like a Ladybug or Dragonfly.

Just the reason why I always keep an Endura and/or Police in the car :p

That is the reason one carries at least 2 knives with them. ;)

I believe you but I just carry a saw in my vehicle. I'm sure there are two in it right now along with several knives, multitool, pruners, multiple flashlights tool kit, and a good first aid kit for when it all goes wrong. :D

I carry a bag in the car with a basic toolkit that includes pliers, saw, hammer, duct tape, rope, toilet paper, fishing line, and more. It gets used a lot.

I have multiple utility knives strategically located around house and vehicles. Also included are straight cut Wiss snips, but thats now what one wants to hear in a knife forum right? ;)
