It seems like you are trying to have the president answer a CS related email. I imagine he has other things going on so emailing him repeatedly isn't likely to speed it up...

Hi Alex,

If this is a customer service issue, then you would be much faster to contact customer service. I don't do CS. Since I've not received any of your emails, I would suggest calling CS.
