Question about pink knives

Do the knives that are pink and are supporting the Guardians of the Ribbon/Pink Heals Tour come with paperwork to document this?

I ask because there is a certain lady that I want to impress and this would be a perfect idea for what I have planned if they do.

I don't own any, so I can't really answer your question. However, even if paperwork "should" be there, the inconsistency of Forum Native paperwork's inclusion proves that it still may not. Your best bet might be to find a dealer willing to open the box of the knife you wish to purchase and confirm the presence (or absence) of paperwork.

Call CS, they will open the box with you on the phone! They have done this for me regarding blade play

If I remember correctly, my pink Native did come with paperwork, but my pink Squeak(s) did not. You could always print out the information from the website and put it in the box if all else fails... or carefully cut out the description from the catalog.

You must really want to impress her if you are going to be carrying a pink knife. ;) :D

I'm confident enough with my masculinity to carry a pink knife.

I understand that they might be for everyone, but no need to put other people down for what color knife they choose.

It was obviously a joke, not a put down, made even more obvious by the use of " ;) :D". That said, I have a pink Native I carry and have thought about getting the pink ladybug for myself as well.

Truth be told I was going to get a pair of pink knives. One for each of us. Her father died of cancer and she is very active in the community that supports survivors and researches for a cure. She is not in to knives yet, but she knows I very much am. So I wanted to give her something that would remind her of me in a supportive way.

I like the pink ladybug idea (thank you Spydergirl88!) but I think I might go bigger in case she ever gets to know knives. I want her to find out I did not cut corners for her. I don't think she would think that way, but I just want to take that out of the equation so it is a nonissue. I was thinking a pink dragonfly and a pink native.

Thank you all for your help!

It's all good gents. You both are coming from good places. Sometimes the typed word on the internet does not convey our tone of voice and can cause misunderstandings.

Yes, it obviously was a joke.

Pink was originally for boys and blue was for girls. That changed around the early 1940's.

Hi Kyle! I'm sorry for the misunderstanding... I read that the wrong way. :)
