Stretch vs. Mule?

#1

Post by Nate »

Thought this was interesting, perhaps it's been discussed before, but I didn't find anything about it...

When I first unboxed my Stretch, it immediately felt familiar, like "I've held this knife before..."

It took me a couple of days, but I figured out why:

Who else wants a leaf-shaped, choil-less, Stretch now??? Call it the Strule, or maybe a Mretch... :D

The Workhorse.

I always thought the Mule's blade was from the Manix2, could never place the grip though!

I think a Mule with a 50/50 choil and a thinner, narrower blade would be a much better idea. :p

My take is the Mule has a Tenacious like blade and similar handle to the Stretch.

I have actually requested for a FiXED blade Stretch in one of those dream threads before. A good consolation prize would be the Phil Wilson B&T "Sprig" if it ever happens.

Great observation :) . Time for a different bladed Stretch sprint, IMO!

That's a prize in it's own right.
