Awesome, get to add another one to the small but growing collection. This bad boy will make 7. Just ordered a matriarch 2 with the emerson wave. Im stoked, now just got to wait for the 2 or 3 weeks it takes to get here.

As unique as the blade is, I actually find it to be an excellent work knife. I drive a ready mix truck in the Twin Cities and on any given load I can be in the hood or in a neighborhood full of mansions so the Matriarch is a good knife to make me feel safe but it's awesome at ripping bags open to dump fibers in my load too. I figured it's almost a bad knife to carry though thinking that if I ever actually had to use it in SD, the police would be asking why I was carrying THAT knife and it could turn ugly. I stick with my SE Endura and ZDP Manbug now.

Just traded a 0450 for my 2nd cruwear manix. This one has brown anso scales and a acid stone washed blade and hardware! Should be here Friday!

I wish I kept mine and put some LSCF scales on it or something, the gray was nice looking but I hated how easily it got dirty. I traded for a MULE 18 that I'm happy with so it's a get & give situation but when I went to order another one a couple weeks ago they were finally sold out.

It was a tough decision for sure. Traded for BNIB CF and stacked wood Kopas. They're due in today, so we'll see!
