How Big is your collection?

Post by riot77 »

OK I have to ask.............How many do you have??? I currently have 23 spydies (and counting......... **** money problem  ) So how does everyone here rank? I would venture to say that Sal tops the cake (obviously), but The Deacon is my guess for 2nd place.

I only have 7 at the moment and 1 Mini Manix on the way. I use to have a lot more but I've been selling the ones that I don't ever use.

At one point I had like one hundred something quality knives in about 4 nice display cases. Now I only have one display case that houses 6 Civilians. Beyond that, I have like 8 other Spydercos and are getting rid of most of them as all I ever carry is a full size Manix or Chinook to compliment an EDC Civilian. I dont carry anything else so I just no longer see sense in having it as most of it doesnt amuse me anymore with a few exceptions.

I have about 70 knives in total most are Spyderco. I plan on selling nearly all my Benchmades, they are just not that interesting.

Wec, don't sweat it bro! I carried/owned only one :spyder: for about 14 years. They are so darn well made that the average user only needs one. The rest is just excess.

I only have about 5...I've had an Endura for about 10 years until I decided that I wanted to start carrying a "pocket knife" again, and picked up 4 more spydies in the last few months...

1.karambit
2.dodo
3.waved delica
4.lil temperance

dodo is my EDC!

Sal/Eric, anytime you guys want to design another funky blade like the Dodo, I'll be the first in line...and I don't really care what kind of steel it is! (I like S30v and Vg10, though) LOL :D
God bless!

9 Spyderco
3 Byrds
1 Benchmade

i realize that my collection is starting to get too large too fast (as of a few months ago i have 1 Spyderco and 1 Benchmade) so i've slowed down ALOT. i won't be buying anything new till the Lava, Captain, ZDP Lum, and P'Kal come out.

edit: hopefully... although i really want a spin and poliwog.
