Ramonade I've been eyeballing that Native 5 G-10 S35VN with envy that you picked up. I really think I need to find one of those. Very nice.

Exactly three months later, an update. Bought the SS Stretch in K390 instead of the XL version, because I like it more (steel liners, PB washers) and I don't have to wait for the K390 version. Also, I placed an order for a K390 wharnie Dragonfly yesterday. With this, I'm also avoiding getting a McBee, which I was never completely certain about.

So now, it seems, the next leg of the journey for me, will be about waiting for the PITS. I am pretty certain about that one.
Really similar experience here !
Except I bought the K390 SS Stretch 2 before 2022 ^^. I also order a Drafonfly wharnie in K390 instead of a McBee. I wanted to experience Spydercos Titanium RILs this year, but haven't had the best experience with the two I bought. Now I won't buy a Ti RIL without steel insert, just to be safe.

Since January the 1st :
Ladybug 3 ZDP-189
Dragonfly 2 VG10
Yojimbo 2 S30V
Military S30V
Native 5 G-10 S35VN
Spydie Chef
Chokwe
Dragonfly 2 Wharncliffe K390
Lil'Native Comp. Lock S30V

Compared to :

A medium size fix blade with really thin grind
A Military
Any Native 5 I don't already own, and older Natives if possible.
Delica performance if available.

You stocked up pretty well. That was me in 2020 and '21. A good collection feels nice, no regrets. :smlling-eyes

Ahah, totally ! I mainly buy one production model of the designs I know I'm gonna like. Except for the Native 5, I'd buy truckloads of this knife ^^'
I'm even considering buying a second Fluted CF instead of a $250/300 model like I buy every 3 or 4 months.
:respect In the collection :respect : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.

Robin. Finally made an IG : ramo_knives
