Best places for purchasing Spyderco products?

#1

Post by moosedrool »

Greetings!

I'm recent convert to Spyderco with my purchase of Dragonfly2 ZPD. Where are good sources for purchase and feeding my new addiction?
I noticed at The Spyderco Store has free shipping with purchase of $30 or more.

Thanks in advance!

I ordered my first knife from the Cutlery Shoppe at 3pm Friday and had it noon Monday in my PO Box. Great stuff.

Very common question, and many topics about it. ;)
http://www.spyderco.com/forums/showthre ... our-knives

For Americans there are tons of very nice shops.
However for me they all are not good. :(

When you, like me, live in Europe you will be confronted with things as:
- No international orders
- Paying option: only with Western Union
- Order only above 100 usd (excluded shipping)
- Shipping starting between 40 - 70 usd
- Warranty limitations, high shippingcosts in case of warranty

There are hardly dealers overhere.
So Im stuck with ebay.

The amount you pay in usd, I need to pay in euro for the same item.

I really like Cutlery Shoppe. I also like KnifeWorks. Amazon is always an option as well if the others are way higher on price.

I usually use Knifeworks, Howes and Cutlery Shoppe, depending on which one has the object of my desire in stock.

Howes Knife Shop get my money. :)

I have used almost all of the others listed so far with good results. I can also add One Stop Knife Shop (onestopknifeshop.com) they also have a B&M store in Louisville, KY.
