They were, at one point, confiscating those small cuticle scissors. I don’t know if they still do. Anything with an edge is fair game, regardless of the actual regulations, I guess. It’s up to the personnel on the ground what gets through and what doesn’t.

In Europe, knives with blades under 60mm should be allowed on flights. The problem is companies sometimes have stricter rules and you got your item confiscated anyway.

I wish Vicotinox will produce a full size non bladed tool, one with scisors, one with small blade.

The latest news out of the European Union is that Victorinox is completely abandoning their failed pocket knife endeavor, and has secured a contract to equip the Swiss military with modern main battle tanks.
