Authenticate this, Para 2?

I picked up this pretty odd knife from ebay and I'm pretty sure it's a fake, but I was wondering what the community thought as well. It has the same dimensions and markings as a para 2. But doesn't have any jimping and has a liner lock instead of a compression lock. Pretty sure Spyderco has never made anything with this set of specifics, but perhaps I'm wrong.
