I turned my broken Hawkbill into a fixed blade SE Superhawk
I took apart my Hawkbill months ago and it never went back together because it needed new pivot washers. Well during it's time disassembled I lost the pivot pin. The knife was used when I got it only paid $20 for it so I thought it would be fun to experiment. I took a picture of the blade and imported it to Fusion 360. I always liked the Superhawk but I'll probably never have one so that was the handle shape I chose. It only takes a few minutes to model and about and hour to 3d print with a sla resin printer.

That's really cool! How sturdy is it?

That's cool! I'd be tempted to put a steel insert in where the lockbar would have been. Very creative.

I haven't broke it yet and I've been pretty rough with it. I have noticed the clear or transparent resins still have a bit of flexibility when fully cured. I've only been using clear because it's tougher. The only solid color I have is grey but it's very brittle after curing.
If you try to break the handle I'm sure it will fail but if you just use it with some common sense it should be ok. If something does break I'll report back, might just do a strength test instead. I'm also making a few more for other blades I have no parts for.
