What's a good price for the T-Mag. I've got a store willing to sell me one for $129.99 Canadian brand new but I feel like that's so high.

So you got that orange rescue off the bay? Nice score. I need to get myself an orange UKPK, G10 or FRN it doesn't matter to me.

That is about what I paid for my NIB T-Mag a while back. It is a really under appreciated design IMO.

The rescue UKPK was indeed from Ebay. I'm glad I didn't get the one from Country Knives, because this one was a lot cheaper. ;)

I want a T-Mag but my local shop wants over $200 for the one they have. Not willing to pay that much.

I actually really like it. I don't mind the smooth carbon Fiber like I thought I would. In fact I'd say I actually like it like that. I still prefer peel ply carbon fiber but it's a nice change. I think I'm going to have to pick up one of the CF Caly 3.5's. Like you said, the spring tension isn't as strong as the G10 UKPK's, but it's still stronger than the old FRN models.

The UKPK (various models) is earning a lot of pocket time lately. It's such a simple yet functional knife. And having as many options as I do now, it doesn't get boring carrying the same thing everyday. I'm up to 5 now. Still need titanium and an orange one.

I really need to pick one of these up, I especially like the Ti model, the only non locking :spyder: I own in the dogtag. That Ti version looks so clean, I like it.
Happy to be part of this great forum and group of down to earth spyderco addicts, Thanks Sal and gang.

My guess is that the knife is hanging from some cord and the finger is just held underneath the tip.

Thanks. I'm holding it with a finger tip on top. Just doctored it up. I'm gonna try for a higher quality one soon.
