Relaly like the G10 version just wish it was serrated edge and not plain edge, what did you end up paying for the G10 Dragonfly ?

Beautiful knife, STi. I'd love to pick one up myself but the price tag is too high, IMO.

Have you made it your EDC yet?

I ended up editing that post lol....The current drunk knife is my beater White DF.

The smaller wire clip is alot more stationary than my other wire clips as it does not move side to side.

The lockup is perfect with 0 axis lock bladeplay..I only have 4 Spyderco's with axis lock that have 0 play.

I like what you have been doing with the Rit dye, so I decided to take a stab at it myself: :D

Haven't posted for a while, but this has peaked my interest.

I've been wondering how RIT dye would take to G-10. Please let us know how the dye holds up to regular use.

Looks great so far...

STi hasn't posted since Dec 2010, so I doubt he'll be around to answer.

Thank you jabba359 ! ;)
I did it too quick, I looked at the last picture and the corresponding name (Jay_Ev) , and also looked if he post recently, which is the case...

Well, as I put back some life to this thread, may be, since this time, some other persons try this ? and have results to show/share. :)

Nice thread bump! Love the G10 Dragonfly. I just purchased one in Foliage. I'll post some pics of it later.

More people should post up pics of their G10 Dragonflies here!

Sure ! And there is aslo not only G10 but other material can be easily made on this one, as there is liner.
Come on show them up or I bump every Dragonfly or :spyder: thread :D
May be why there is not much G10 here it's also because there is the lovely thread "Dragonfly - Show The Love" http://www.spyderco.com/forumII/viewtop ... =6&t=56178" target="_blank

Back to G10 here it is :

First post. I RIT dyed my G10 Dragonfly in 2009 as well. It's held up fantastically as my sheeple-friendly weekday EDC. Sage clip added a couple years ago.

Yeah that does look good for being 5 years old. Looks like it wore well. Makes me wonder what some nice micarta scales might look like on a Dragonfly!
