Need help ID'ing this knife

Does anyone recognize this knife? My best guess is maybe a Persian but that's just a guess.

It has a linerlock. The engraving on the blade is yellow/gold color.
The size is almost the size of a Para Military 2.

Any help on make, model, and year would be greatly appreciated.
