Native 5
I am extremely impressed with the fit and finish of this knife! Wicked sharp out of the box as well.

A few years ago i would have bought the farid k2 within a sec and walked around with people screaming and running away from me. (that is the reaction you get here in belgium if you carry a knife like that and use it in public :p). Now i have the bowie as my personal treasure and use the **** out of my techno... :p

Apollo, the K2 definitely will get peoples attention! I'm lucky to work in an environment where it doesn't raise too many eyebrows.

Brian, I was on the range all day into the night and brought both with me. I have to say that I'm preferring the K2 right now. The bowie is a beautiful knife and fit and finish is flawless. I really appreciate the craftsmanship that went into this knife...but, I can open it as easily as the K2. That may not sound like a huge deal but it is somewhat frustrating to me. It's not a design thing, it's a my hand doesn't fit it well thing ;)
The K2 fits my hand great and opens like a dream for me. the RIL is a little sticky when closing but it has already gotten better.
The only cutting I did today was breaking down some cardboard target boxes. Both knives performed well slicing straight out of the box.
Right now, the K2 is in the lead with me, that said, the Slysz is an absolutely beautiful knife and I don't regret purchasing it.

I hear you, the Techno doesn't open easily for me, so it doesn't see much carry.

Thanks for your opinion.

I don't know why I waited so long to get this knife! It may not be the sexiest knife but it's smooth as silk, I'm really enjoying it. Sage 3

Nice "Native"s. I can see how the modern day Native is an Homage to the older ones.

I went to a movie with some of my Family today, and went as fast as I could... I ended up at the Post Office 2 minutes after they closed, they wouldn't let me pick up my Lil Lionspy. :(

Yeah, it definitely does. Not only that, but the PO is 30 minutes from where I work. So, that 2 minutes is also me driving an extra hour to get it on Monday.

I'll have it by Christmas which is the important thing.

I GOT A CHUBBY!

Burch Chubby, nice little knife. I sometimes have trouble opening smaller knives but this one doesn't present any issues like that. The fit and finish is excellent as usual for a Taichung knife. The pocket clip is extremely tight, meaning, this thing isn't slipping out of your pocket! I'm very happy with it.
