That purple stonewash is awesome! Did it wear away the lock at all?

Not at all. Here's how I protected the lock face, inside of the scales and the detent ball.

Before washing.

Added a wire clip to my Persistence. Replaced the rear standoff with a pivot assembly from a donor Persistence. Cut grooves in the stock scale with a dremel to accept the wire clip.

Thanks. It's a pretty easy mod if you're handy with a rotary tool. Unfortunately it's not very economical unless you have a broken Persistence to scavenge the pivot assembly from.

I might want to try that deep wire clip mod on some other G10 knives I have! Thanks for the idea, nice work!
What bit did you use on a dremel, just wondering? Or was it a cut-off wheel?
Going back to Caly.

I used a 1/16" Dremel engraving cutter. Seen here:

Couldn't resist. I love black and yellow together and black and toxic green is just a little too zombie operator operating zombie like for me.

Agreed, but I really like the "leftover knife" too!

"Leftover knife" is a throwback to the old Jester in that color!
I saw somebody posted one on BF recently and I thought it was a blade swap into one of these new USN handles (if it's even possible to go from Jester to Ladybug and reuse Ladybug hardware or something).

Either way cool stuff. Nice zipper pulls too.
Going back to Caly.
