Ooh my. That last pic is really quite something! Love them both--especially that Northwoods. I am hoping to get a Madison Barlow in a few months. :)

I have a Fremont jack coming, should be here tomorrow. They fit all my needs for traditional knives, I really enjoy them...SpyderNut wrote:Ooh my. That last pic is really quite something! Love them both--especially that Northwoods. I am hoping to get a Madison Barlow in a few months. :)

Ooh, that'll be nice. I nearly bought a Fremont Jack from them last month (mainly because I used to live in a town called Fremont. :o ). You'll have to post d ok me pics when it comes in! (Pretty please). :)
Edit: How does that 1095 hold up in comparison to Superblue?

I don't think that it Patina's nearly as easy as Super Blue....easy to sharpen as you would imagine, great steel.

Haha. Just an Americano. I had the knife all set up and the coffee ready and took the pic right when I added a little half and half.apollo wrote:Swigert nice collection! Can you tell me what is in that glass? It looks deadly to me :D

Neat find! I rarely search for other Manix 2's since I'm more than happy with my Cruwear (and 2 other regulars), but that is one that I'd be more than happy to own at some point.
Please post up more photos of it when you get a chance. :)
On a sidenote; I've seen people complain of the clear cage being more brittle... but I've owned and used a 154cm version for probably over a decade with no issues... just wondering if it was at all a concern you've considered?
