New Wheel for Home Serrations?

On the main forum I posed the question that I was curious about: How could I or others get serrations modified onto a Spyderco plain edge knife that does not normally come as a serrated or part serrated model?

David mentioned how he would like there to be some sort of motorized wheel for hobby and machine tools that could be used to do this. Am I correct, David? Well I would like to expand this discussion, and get all of your views on this: What would be needed to make such an attachment that could be put on a Dremel or other such device, or anything related, that would allow a home knife user or hobbiest to turn plain edged blades serrated?
