I was perusing Gritomatic's website and found this acccessory for the Hapstone sharpeners. Do any of you have any ideas regarding what this thing does? By the name it seem like it might be for creating convex edge but I can't see how that would work. What am I missing?
It's kind of weird that they don't provide a better description of what this is for. Might help them sell it. :)
