You have a few options when creating a poll. You can choose whether or not people get to change their answers, you can choose how many selections people can make and you can set an end date when the poll closes after which people can neither vote nor change their answers. Your poll appears to be working fine for the most part. This is not a question which requires or even needs multiple answer selections and you seem to have it set that way. This question would work better if you set it so participants can only choose one option. It allowed me to select two answers.
