I was graduating High school!!! Man that makes me feel old!!

As was I. Class of 2000, baby! I don't feel old though, just surprised how many whippersnappers we've got on these here forums.

I think there is a problem with the time/date stamp Sal joined in 04'?

I think that was V bulletin thing, when it was revamped in '04 every forum using it got reset to that start date. It's the same thing on some other forums I'm on.

I'm pretty sure D is correct on this. A lot of us old timers have start dates in 04 including The Deacon, JD Spydo, and sal. Plus, I know I joined sometime in 2003.f

Interestingly (to me anyway) this thread started around the same time I bought my first Spyderco. I bought my Snap-It the summer after I my freshman year in college (Fall 99-May 2000). I probably bought the Snap-It in June because I remember having it on the family vacation in rural Minnesota in mid-July.

Oh yes, it certainly was! :eek: Six long years of that, plus three more for a postdoc. A yawning eternity ... I measure time now in knives purchased!
