Looks like we are getting close to getting these, We will put these up for Pre-order on 07/08/2014 at 8:00 am CST.

If they had just said "we will put these up for preorder but we have no idea when we'll get them in stock", I still would have ordered them, but without getting my hopes up.

"Were told to expect 400 pieces by the end of July, but they are running behind. We will update when we get more information."

You are right. You are right, and it scares me. This has been the most expensive year I've ever had for knives and I'm worried that something else awesome is coming. I'm hoping/fearing that BBS will get more Blue PM2's and I'll be too broke to do anything about it. Then of course there could be something else coming down the line. The long awaited M4 PM2, or maybe a 3.5 sprint (drooooool). I managed to not buy the Native 5 CF. I'm still not sure how I did that. I downgraded my pre order on the CF Yo2 from 2 to 1. But I think once I get mine in hand I will go ahead and order a second. It feels silly that I cancelled my 2nd, now that I think about it...

Yeah, Sal posted somewhere in the last day or so that he was using a production version. So, hopefully it'll be out very soon. At least that one is regular production, not a mad sprint dash.

Liquid, I did the same thing you did downgrading from 2 to 1 on pre- order. My hope is there are still units to order when the first arrives so that I can decide at that point.

Anyone know how many have been ordered to date?

When I reduced my preorder it was due to funds, not because I was unsure about the knife. I'll be getting two, I just need to space it out.

Honestly, I don't really read ANY of them unless I'm actually shopping for a knife. Gotta have some kind of self control, and if I were to read about deals and sales all the time, I would surely be living in a box in an alley somewhere...of course I'd have lots of sweet knives to cut that box up with.

Probably better I didn't. My wife saw me cleaning and touching up my 3.5 and asked if it was another new knife? "No honey, same one you always see me carrying." whew, that was close.
