Post by Dr. Snubnose »

In a public laundry mat washer.....I will check on it tomorrow but I got a gut feeling...it's lost forever (I'm such an optimist  ) Good news is I just purchased a H1 Serrated Dragonfly to replace it.....Funny thing is I just mentioned in a thread by Spydergirl the other day,(with a pic of it) that I was going to have that Delica surgically removed from my hand...well guess what... laundry detergent works just as well....Doc :D

PS...Forgot to mention just in case it has really gone missing for good....it's got my name engraved on the blade....if you see it floating around on the secondary markets I'd appreciate a heads up....Thanks

Look down very carefully under the seat of your car near the seat belt. I have lost and found a number of knives there. A car detailer found one I thought gone forever. Also, look inside your recliner very carefully.

My very first nice knife was a BM Elishwitz tanto (910?) and I took my dad's 1975 Buick Le Sabre convertible out for a drive. Dad took it to be detailed the next day and the car detailed was not as kindhearted as yours. I am over it now but at the time a $100+ knife was a crushing loss. I will add I never carried another tanto, but have flipped a few EKI CQC7s.

Gosh, I am sorry to hear that Doc. :( I hope it turns up soon. A Gen 1 too... Argh, that bites.

Guys, maybe we should take a fund for Doc for a new washer so he doesn't have to use a laundromat?? :D :p :D

Sorry, man. I've misplaced knives, but all have been found, sooner or later. Once I spotted my Millie in the bottom of a trash sack that I was about to take out.
