On my radar: 110V Military, Police 4 and some sweet Rex 45 Military action.
Newest Spydies: S90v Ti Military, Pacific Salt and a special Kiwi.

The Hap 40's should be great options and although it's a bit too big for many I love my K2 folder for slicing.
(K2 is my favorite folding kitchen slicer, Military my favorite general folding kitchen knife)
