Some rare Spyderco footage...

I know many of you loved the "Meet your Maker" video and the "Shop Tour" video's aswell,
so I wanted to share some video's I came across the other day.
It's a peek inside the Seki factory back in 1989 wich was being used by Gerber, Sakai and Spyderco at the time.

This is the third part of a six part series about this factory; in this part you can see the second model Spyderco made, the Mariner.

In the fifth part you can check out their first model, the Worker aswell as some extra Mariner footage ;)

Enjoy! :D

I wonder if that factory still looks the same?

Those are a real treasure. Thanks, DB, I have dreamed of seeing inside the Japanese factories, even though I think they moved into a new building many years ago.

As far as I know they've moved on from this factory when they started producing more models. Hard to imagine this small factory keeping up with today's demand for the Delica's and Endura's alone! :p But it's still great to see how it used to be :)
