A partially serrated chinook looks like it could hold its own, and the Pygmy warrior looks downright lethal.

No other votes for the Warrior? It is a proven and purpose built fixed blade fighting knife. There was one vote for the Pygmy warrior but the full size should be more menacing. To me the Szabo looks a little to mall wizard to be as menacing as the Civilian or Warrior.

Yeah I'd say the Warrior would qualify, as well as the upcoming SzaboHawk tomahawk.

I like my Szabo folders, don't find them difficult to open or close, though I don't "flick" them.

I don't know, I think it just looks funny with its four spydie holes, but it does give you multiple options for opening. ;)

I think Laci Szabo's designs do leave a scary impression but I also think the AYOOB model is mean looking especially in Spyderedge. I also think the big Calypso in Spyderedge has an intimidating look to the average person on the street.

That new SzaboHawk sure catches your eye I just looked one over today and I like it. After all the Civilian and Matriarch both are truly designed strictly from a self defense, if not an aggressive tactical type of style. I also think that the SPYDERHAWK when I've showed my Spyderhawks to people they tend to over-react to them.

I have 40+ blades right now. When I have them out doing maintenance friends can see a 5" folder but are most scared of my harpy. Lil thing almost took the full tip of my thumb off once. Others on my list of scariest... se police, civilian, se delica, se endura.

Saw a custom duracoat or whatever black blade civilian with mirror polished serration scallops. The only reflection was on the serrations and it felt like it was made to slash through your soul.

To the nonknifepeoples of the world, any knife is scary. I use mine all the time at work and hear the stupid comments. We all have to use discretion when using knives around others. Set good examples. Sounds preachy, but true. Open it with 2 hands instead of flicking it like a jackass around others - that kind of thing. It's also a good idea to have a small knife for these times.
- best wishes, Jazz.

Yeah, I hear you. Over here, they are not illegal by, but if the cop says it is, it is. So, someone on the forum recommended I get an ASP.
