FRN Jester Sprint Input Needed

No updates as far as I know. It was not shown at Amsterdam.

I doubt that Spyderco need to make a prototype. They have the mold and the process. Proto which is equal to run of very few pieces would be expensive and waste of money and time. We need sprint 1200 pieces will be a good number. I need 3 PE.

I would prefer a dark or royal blue....but G10, as I missed out on the grey G10 sprint. I've got plenty of frn ladybugs but for a jester I would love a blue G10 version.

A GID would be sweet! On the other hand Sal told us on the meet that GID is reserved for EDC forum... so highly unlikely a GID Jester will see the light :D

Also, GITD, at least the recent version, is kirinite, which I don't think is injection molded but rather bought in sheets and machined like G10.

I'm still a fan of the less expensive VG10 and FRN in any color, it's really the blade shape I'm after.

Whatever the colour, I'm in. I'd actually like gitd on it, seeing as how it's likely going on my keys it would be handy to be glowing. Perhaps a double sprint run, straight and serrated set, racing green zdp straight edge and a glowing serrated one..?

When Sal made the decision, Navy Blue was leading by quite a bit. If you read the thread, you will see a lot of discussion concerning the feasibility of GITD.
