UKPK Sprint handle color poll

I see olive drab is tied for first, which is another nice color, like the GODDARD sprint.
TAN would have been cool too.

I'm quoting myself because I just googled teal handle color and I have to say I wouldn't be very happy with a knife in this color. The UKPK sprint idea is great but because of the lack of lock it's doesn't seem to be a particularly popular idea this side of the pond. I think the handle color will play a big part in its popularity so we should get it right. Feel free to vote how you will, but I just thought I would show you guys what teal looks like. I didn't really know until I searched.

Hmm..I see what you mean but it's still not for me. Better to choose a color that works regardless (for the most part) of shade than gamble on one that doesn't.

Wow. Most of the British Blades guys seem quite appalled at teal. If Sal and Eric listen to them, then I hope for tan.

Personally I would prefer not to see any military/tactical colours for this handle. At the end of the day this sprint would be an everyday carry knife and if I use it in public then I would like it to look friendly. Also as GoldenSpydie mentioned, I would hope the handle colour will match any future patina on the blade.

I was referring to the "UKPK Sprint ideas" thread on British Blades. At least in that thread only two people wrote they dislike the color, I think.
