I don't have any of the Caly family yet, but I like lightweight knives and don't mind FRN at all, so I think I would like to see a FRN Caly3 with skeltonized liners and screw construction in VG-10. I would love to have gottena Calypso Jr when they were cheap (but didn't know about Spyderco then) but...

In general, is the metal locking bar on the top of the handle made from the same steel as the blade? It sure looks that way on my Native, but am not sure about it and would like to know.

Caly3 looks perfect. Love the blade on it and the overall size is good (not too big). Probably will end up having to get one of those eventually.
