UK Pen Knife

Just ordered one, seems that our company signed a rather large agreement with a customer, Quinn Glass, and I may be spending more time over in the UK, there and Ireland as well, so figured I better get one while I can, always liked the looks of them, tried to search for a thread on them here but the...

[quote="J Smith"]Hi Gary,
Showing those pics of my future knife again are you? ]

Eheh, sorry about that, I have a lead now with a guy on ebay, waiting
on a reply, as I need one that is about 14mm and a larger bore for the
cords to pass through, we'll see what he has to say.

GhostRider's lanyards are extreme! Very nice and I like the ball end thingy too, quite handy to draw the knife out, while this isn't a Spydy it shows the lanyard that I'm currently using, what I'd like to get is a sphere of mammoth ivory to replace this plastic bead, had to enlarge the hole a bit to...

I had one of the Calypso Jr in ZDP, it arrived SO very sharp, I sold my other edc knife, David Boye cobalt folder, but I sold it too soon, as the sharpness of the Caly left, I found it very hard to get it back again, and when touching the blade to ceramic to sharpen, it didn't feel very hard, so I w...

Thanks! Nice shots guys! I hope mine arrives before Thursday as the holiday here in the states starts and limits package arrivals :(
But with luck, it will reach here maybe even tomorrow! But that's pushing my luck just a little bit ;)

Thanks for the welcome and nice shot Ted! that handle looks quite comfy and secure!
My only gripe would be that notch before the edge, as that's a pet peeve with me but I'll get over it on this one and work in the sharpening to reduce it's effects with time.

Temperance inbound

Saw one up forsale and after a little reading about it, took the plunge and sent the email requesting it. It looks very much like my beloved large Calypso, just a bit bigger and a little grippier handle, the one draw back the smooth micarta has I think. Otherwise the large Calypso is an excellent kn...

Got mine today, very cool, replaced the Boye for now, sharp as sharp can be! Push cuts through leather like crazy, hair poppin' sharp as well. My only pet peeve is the clip position, you get a hole in the handle to put a fob but the hole end is inside the pocket, go figure eh? :) But other than that...

How do you get 'em to hold still? :D

It's probably so sharp, you don't even wake them up ;)

I'm also waiting to hear from NGK, hopefully tomorrow!
