Re: Kahr Delica, I don't get it
I was able to buy one for $60 very slightly used in kaki color. I agree that the $90 price is out there, but when I was able to get one for the same price as a delica 4 , I thought it was worth adding to my collection. I now own that one, a brg zdp-189, and regular vg-10 in brown .

Re: Whats the smoothest spydie you own?
My spyderco cat is really smonth. My native 5 is a close second. It seems that the g10 handles, with the liner lock are my smoothest .

Remove scratches on bd-1 blade
Hello, I recently used my spyderco cat knife with bd-1 blade steel and in the process, scratched the blade. Any suggestions on removing , if possible, those scratches. They are not real deep, just surface scratches, but visible.
Thanks
John

New byrd crow 2
I just picked up the mail and my new byrd crow 2 arrived today. WOW! What a nice knife. A great EDC carry knife. It is a bit heavier than I expected, but tolerable. I was carrying a spyderco cat and this is larger , but almost as smooth to deploy. I really like the g10 handles. I will start to carry...

Re: British green racing color-deluca 4
Hello, another question about the delica, which is fast becoming one of my favorite spyderco knives,.Does the spyderco delica only come in vg10 and zdp-189 steel ? I like the vg10 , have no experience with zdp-189. I now will have the British racing green in vg10, and a brown one in vg10. But there ...

Re: British green racing color-deluca 4
Yes, it was the recent one on BF. I bought it because I liked the BRG handle and I don't have any preference for the blade steel. I plan using it for EDC. It was a bit cheaper than if it had the ZDP steel, so I am satisfied. I just wanted some other opinions on that Delica. Thanks

British green racing color-deluca 4
Hello again friends,
Has anyone seen or have a delica 4 with British green racing color scales that does not have ZDP-189 steel?
What do you think of one with vg10 steel ?
I know it would be a swap of blades, but would make for a good carry.
Thanks John;

spyderco knife storage
Hello again. Well I have been busy since my last post. I mentioned that I bought a spyderco cat and added a delica 4, brown FRN and a byrd meadowlark 2. Nice start to my collection of spyderco knives. I have since added the following knives: Native 5 g10 Dragonfly HAP40 orange, sprint run ( really e...

Re: spyderco cat
Hello all, and a thanks to everyone who commented on this thread. I said that I was looking for a knife similar to my cat, but after some more research and actual hands on review of those similar size knives, I decided to go a bit larger and bought a delica 4 in brown handles. I really like the size...

Re: spyderco cat
Thank you sharp guy for the welcome to the forum. I am looking forward to some valuable information on spyderco and byrd knives from all the great members here. I have looked at the dragonfly, but it just doesn't thrill me like the crow 2, and I wanted to get some options on it from the group here. ...

spyderco cat
I own a spyderco cat and am looking for another similar size knife by spyderco. Is the byrd crow 2 a good option. I want the bd-1 blade .where I live they have a 3" carry blade limit. I also like the liner lock feature.
Thanks
John
