It is entirely possible i just didn't do a proper sharpening job on the s110v. Human error does happen. Sharpened the s110v pm2. It took some more time to reprofile than im used to but i expected as much. got about between a 28-30 degree inclusive edge (measured by my smartphone so not a super accurate measurement). Very Sharp. Id still love to see a pm2 in zdp-189, but the s110v definitely gets sharp...

ive decided to be bold and experiment on my s110v pm2. going to reprofile to 26 degrees inclusive and polish it up. i suspect it may hold an edge just fine for my purposes as long as i dont start cutting drywall or prying staples. i will let you know how it turns out. i can always micro bevel and ro...
