Yes, I made them. They are just stonewashed. I don't know how to black wash titanium other than DLC coating then tumbling. I think DLC is pretty expensive unless you lo large runs. Its springy enough, it is titanium, Its not as flexible as the stock clip but it goes on your pants well and stays there.
