Re: Justice for the Spyderedge

There's a guy in Great Britain named Ray Tedd who was recently knighted by Queenie-baby. While doing the ceremony, the Queen stated, "I hereby give you the honor of a Knight & you shall now be referred to as Sir Ray Tedd & work for MI-5 as a spy!" He traded his plain-edge blade for...

Re: Approximate date of manufacture for my G10 Police? Or fa

I just bought a Police 3 G-10 & the pocket-clip is 4-way adjustable. There's a hole in the clip where the pivot screw goes in-between. It's got 'VG-10 Spyderco' on 1 side of the blade & 'Seki-City Japan' on the other side. Your handle looks different, as mine has those '3-holes' on each sid...

Re: The factory seconds have hit eBay

I remember when the skeletal Spydercos hit the market in the 1990s. The ones where the blade & handle just had the bare essentials (even a little 'Spyder' in the blade) & were lighter than a feather. I bought 1 thru Smoky Mtn Knife Works for $39. I sold it last year for $220. Spydercos used ...

Re: Justice for the Spyderedge

I agree...I carry the Police 3 G-10 with full serrations. I bought the Ulize when I got the Police model, thinking about switching off occasionally, but the Ulize just doesn't slice it after using the serrated Police. I'm selling the Ulize for more than I paid...just to make back a little $$$...but ...

Re: Spyderco Police CO7s

Hello everyone, I've used the Spyderco Police knives for over 15 years. I've used the Combo blade, the plain edge, but finally settled on the Spyder edge. They were all great. The new one, a Spyderco Police CO7s arrived today ... words cannot adequately express my disappointment. Someone at Spyderc...

THIS is the reason I prefer serrated blades as opposed to a plain-edge. I wonder how much longer it would've taken to rip thru with a plain-edge?

Re: Rubicon has dropped!!

I can't justify spending $400-$500 for 1 knife...unless it was made with gold & diamonds. I'll go as high as $150 for a high-quality knife, but that's almost too much for me to warrant. I paid $127 for the Police 3 G-10 with a Spyderedge & paid the exact same for the Ulize. I'm really diggin...

Re: What Spydeco is in your pocket today??

I just bought 2 new Spydercos = the Ulize (plain edge) & the Police 3 G-10 (spyderedge). I'm selling the Ulize on e-Bay for a little profit money & am keeping the Police with the serrated blade. I don't know why, but I'm a huge fan of serrated blades. I like knowing that if I need to rip thr...
