I live in Tokyo and have used a geiger counter at work to test things (car exports). I have found a couple of cars that came from the Fukushima area that were over the acceptable limits for export, but were still at such a low level of radiation that they could be registered here in Japan and used w...

Had my Manix2 out in the bush for the last two days and it performed like the champion that it is. Was used for everything possible - shaving sticks for tinder, fire making, camp area preparation, slicing para-cord for stringing up shelters, clearing vines/pants around climbing anchor points, food p...

From my modest collection of 6 Spydercos I have two Dragonflys (G10 and FRN serrated) and I have my eye on a H1 version, so I think I have a soft spot for the Dragonfly.

I think this is the first time I've heard anyone speak of using it to CUT something. The knife looks great and I do think the F & F are great. I haven't gotten one yet because of the small and thick blade?? Maby later?? Beautiful knife though! I am a big believer in using my tools, I don't need...

I absolutely love mine, I cannot really say much that has not been stated before. I don't know a lot about steel, but I am very impressed with how sharp this knife gets and how long it stays sharp. I am a leftie but simply use my right hand if I want to flick the blade open, then swap hands to cut t...

Nice contributions Reject and KardinalSyn, thanks for keeping the thread going.

I am ashamed to say that since I got my Techno my little Dragonflys have been sitting in a drawer! I will have to get them out for a bit of action this weekend.

My ZDP Ladybug has similar rust. It was caused by one 3 hour trail run in the waist belt pocket of my pack. Rust specks on the blade. Some wiped off, others are still there.
