Is a knife good for self defense or would you suggest something else let say you can't carry a gun. What else would you carry instead of a gun. What kind of things do you have for SD besides a gun. What does not require much training. The only SD tool you can acquire which doesn't require much trai...

Spyderco started using new boxes a few years ago (they have done this a few times since starting) and you bought the same exact model but with different boxes is all. it is a nice knife, just think of it as a user and a ready back up just in case :D The inserts about the Emerison Wave is different ...

No, not really, and if she is seriously going to make me I will more than likely roll out a bedroll on the floor.
