Re: let's settle this once and for all

Military1. My favorite design and knife of any maker. I am willing to give the Military 2 a chance but it seems like an oversized PM2 to me and I am not a fan of comp locks. I know there are multiple threads about this subject but being less expensive to produce isn’t a selling point to me, althoug...

Re: let's settle this once and for all

I don't own even one mule, but I think that will change when I have the income for the drops. Your collection is really nice! That is a beautiful collection and I really want a mule, but not until I move to a state where I can carry it. If you want a mule buy one, buy a dozen if you have the money ...

Re: Native vs Lil' Native

You do you buster, just not sure why you feel the need to announce every knife you're going to get or want to get. It's safe for everyone to assume by now that you want everything. Stop talking **** when you don't know ****. Nah, I don't think it will. And I don't answer to you, son. But thanks for...

Friends of Hank... explain yourselves

Growing up, all the people I knew that carried handkerchiefs used them for one reason, and one reason only: to blow their noses in. and that isn't an urban legend, I watched it happen with my own two eyes, mid conversation without a care in the world. They would pull out a Hank, use it, then put it ...

Re: Native 5 or Delica 4

I have the Native 5 frn in Spy27 and the Delica 4 frn in K390. Like them both. The Native has a lockup like a bank vault and feels like a fb with no movement. The round radius of the Delica has a much better feel in hand. However the Dragonfly frn in K390 is the absolute finest folder ever made to ...

Re: Native vs Lil' Native

I don’t see what difference it makes. He’s excited about Spyderco knives like the rest of us, there’s no reason to discourage that. In my opinion, posting and asking questions on this forum is one of the best ways to learn about Spyderco and their products. Probably only second to actually owning a...

Re: Native vs Lil' Native

Don't add another to his "list"!! We can all assume he's going to end up with 75+ knives by the end of the year, not sure why he needs so many or so many posts about them. Just buy em all and end it, reduce the forum clutter. Did you know this forum has an ignore option? You can add me to...

Re: let's settle this once and for all

Carrying a fixed blade more often lately and having a lot of mules made and in production. So many handle shapes and materials but my latest Ultem in Magnacut would suffice many environments https://files.catbox.moe/av3zb8.jpeg I don't own even one mule, but I think that will change when I have the...

Both edges.
You're right! My bad, I saw the yellow handle and thought it was H1 and there was no magnacut in the description, do I scrolled right past it. Thx for pointing that out! Gonna pick one up on Friday

Re: Native vs Lil' Native

That being said, I agree with some of the other posts. Buying new knives is a lot of fun and trying new stuff is a major part of the game for most people. But there’s something to be said about spending time with your rotation and really getting to know it. I get that, and I do spend time with my r...

Re: The Sage: A stellar EDC

The only thing stopping me from buying a sage is that dang wire clip. I just can't deal with that clip style. It's the only thing I regret about my sliverax Yeah I'm definitely going to look into that clip it looks cool I'm curious, what don't you like about the wire clips? They're flimsy! Right of...

OLight baton 3
Thanks for the suggestion.
And a little bigger?
No, it's the only police-quality flashlight I've found that's so compact. It's very tiny! OLight did make larger ones though and they're a great company

Re: Knife I chose for my Wedding

Thanks for your very kind words (especially for the Drew Carey comparison...😉). The 15V Shaman would be a good choice for the umbilical cord, because I sharpen for toothy edges, 15V likes that and I do like that too. We will see, but chances are high haha. Me and my better halves (wife and knife) h...

Re: Knife I chose for my Wedding

I think the Shaman is a great wedding choice. It will last a lifetime and then be passed on. Real question is, what spyderco will be used to cut the umbilical cords of your children? I wish I used a spyderco because umbilical cords are tough as heck. A sharp Spyderco would have been so much better ...
