Re: Most used VS favourite 🤔

My favorite Spyderco today is my Manix2LW. Tomorrow it could be the Delica, Sage5, Shaman, the PM2, Para3 or.....
I suppose I carry the Manix2LW more than any other at this time.

Re: NASA James Webb Space Telescope First Images

Lockheed Martin just posted 3 Tweets over on X / Twitter saying DARPA is moving ahead with a new nuclear propulsion system. Twitter https://twitter.com/LMSpace/status/1684198476723154951 We were just talking about all of this and here they go! :party-face The landing page https://www.lockheedmartin...

Re: NASA James Webb Space Telescope First Images

We need to get off of this rock. I think that everyone in this thread agrees. I imagine a large spacecraft with 1000 scientists, doctors, nurses, engineers and manufacturers traveling throughout our solar system for decades before straying outside of it. I hope that I live to see it. The ship build...

Re: Spyderco Seconds Sale Scores

I tried off and on as well. For about 5 hours. Gave up and started poking around dealers to scratch that Spydie itch and scored an SE K390 Delica for just $77 shipped at WhiteMountain. Im pretty happy with how it worked out. :bug-red-white You are going to like that Delica. Did you get the PE or th...

Re: Griptilian

I sold my Grips and only use the Doug Ritter variant sold through Knifeworks. I prefer the blade shape of it. I also have had better luck with the Hogue ones (I own three) than the old Benchmade version. I have the purple Doug Ritter Hogue. It is a fantastic knife and the able lock is awesome. RSK ...

Re: Spyderco Seconds Sale Scores

Para 2 cruwear, Emphasis, UKPK s110v, Shaman s30v and big mystery box. It's a good score for my birthday. It only took an hour to checkout. My personal opinion is the site crashed because of the mystery boxes. Everyone wanted to try their luck with them. A lot of new folks made accounts just becaus...

Re: Work Sharp Pro

I've been tempted by these to thin out some knives. Other than that, I would still use a Sharpmaker. The Pro looks nice, but I think the original would be good enough for my limited use and skill. The Pro, is so very nice and even easier to use... I'll never go back to a SharpMaker....unless I have...

Re: Finally got my first Spyderco

Hello, all. After an acute case of “knife steel nerdery”, it took awhile for me to decide on which would be my first Spyderco. I decided to get a PM2 in Magnacut. However, as you all know, those aren’t available yet. To tide me over, I went ahead and got the S45VN version with black G10 scales. I k...

Re: Work Sharp Pro

Mongo, do you use the "scrubbing technique" or one long stroke as Work Sharp says to do? See page 10 on the manual for details, it actually illustrates the scrubbing or saw method. Yes, I used the scrubbing or sawing technique. Once I get to the 800 and ceramic plates, after the first pas...

I'm pretty close to being a total dummy when it comes to Facebook. Only ever use the **** thing for my neighborhood HOA's group. Sometime in the last few months, something changed and whenever I'm making a post and type in a word that starts with a capital letter a pop-up, like the one in the examp...

Have you considered the 3M Lapping Films? https://youtu.be/IUkve7QYNo4 I've heard good things with the films. 😎 - they should be fun to use. Think.mine will.be here this Wednesday? I hope sooner.
