Use a black sharpie and color the screws until you can find some replacements.

I get spots on my 20cv wharncliffe Delica with some regularity now that it's summer. It definitely does better than the S30v and s35vn I have though (I don't have any s45vn), with less rust and much smaller individual spots. It also seems to form on the part of the blade in the handle (when closed)...
