Re: Which model has impacted your preferences the most?
The one that originally had the biggest impression on me from when I first got into spyderco about 7 years ago was the cricket. The first knife I saw that for me was and is the perfect unique, simple, and highly functional blade, in a smaller package. It is probably that one knife that first made th...

Re: If you have not heard, there is a knife called the Caly 3.5
G10 is lightweight for a scale material as it is, and the knife becomes even lighter after spydercos liner skeletonization, so I don’t get the demand for an frn version, if the reason is just to cut down more weight. Personally I greatly favor g10 over the texture molded frn mainly for aesthetic pre...

Re: Dreaming of a Jester XL
A proper description of it for me would be making the jester xl in the middle of the size of a delica, and a normal jester/ladybug or manbug. I think of it as like same intentions of creating the endela.. looking at both the jester and delica in hand, they share a lot of the same design similarities...

I love seeing the cricket get some love! One of my favorite little blades, and probably my most carried knife :)

Re: Dreaming of a Jester XL
I’m on board. the jester is just plain awesome, it’s one of my favorite ultra compact folders. But a slight upscale in size would be a nice refinement, just cus it is so dang tiny. I think it might appeal to a wider range of people if it wasn’t as small- but still a small pocket knife. I think not o...

Re: If you have not heard, there is a knife called the Caly 3.5
Really hoping they don’t rerelease this knife in only frn as lw model. Practically I just don’t see the point in it even needing to be lighter. Think it looks way better in g10 or similar looking material, Just more old school. I totally get and respect if one just prefers G10 - with or without lin...

Re: Re-Sprinting the Super Blue Caly 3/3.5?
Most Perfect pocket knife achieved by spyderco is the superblue Caly 3.5 for me. Sal it would be really cool of you to bring this wonderful revelation in folding knives back into another production run. As a side personal note: I really don’t like frn. and it’s really not about the material, more th...

Re: Re-Sprinting the Super Blue Caly 3/3.5?
Hi Tristan_David, Cheddarnut. I'm carrying the first production Caly 3.5 in quite a while. The maker seems to have overcome their very difficult challenges and is producing again. We'll hid-n-watch and hope fr the future. sal That’s sounds good Sal, greatly appreciate your updates on this one, I al...

This is really great news, I’m excited to check this leaf blade manbug, especially with a new wire clip. Any chance there can be releases of this model in g10 or stainless steel handles ?

These are my nicest spydercos currently, I can’t find my grasshopper at the moment, otherwise that’d be in there somewhere :)52735286-62EB-4F28-9605-00FD8996DB45.jpeg Ok, we need to caption all those knives. ;) Very nice collection! Thank you very much. By caption you mean list the name of each model

Re: Jester 2023 Sprint Run Poll, FINAL RESULTS!
Stainless steel handle. Serrated blade. Same grind. No spyder logo on the blade- like the original models. Also a slight upscale in size would be cool.
