I don't combine keys, coins and other metal objects with a knife in the same pocket... not for safety reasons, but rather, to prevent these from scratching and making marks on the exposed blade part, especially the spine

Try Flitz. I've used it to remove similar marks on the DLC.

My two scores arrived yesterday. A Manix LW and a Centofante 3. I really like both of them although I doubt they'll replace any Spyderco knives I already own.
