Personally think the Stretch 2, non-ss would be a great robust folding hunting knife. Plenty of edge retention, plenty tough, great blade shape. Not an ideal solution but it's encouraging. I'll most likely remove my lanyard tube just to be safe but it sounds like sharpening might at least offer a less invasive option.

Same here. It "looks" great with G-10 but I prefer the way micarta feels in hand.
