Are all SE’s a single sided bevel?

I’ve not taken to this profile other than on a few woodworking chisels.

I know some PE kitchen knives with single sided bevel exist as well and they have a tendency to drift when cutting.

Does a SE that is beveled each side make any sense? Well, why not!

Have no knives on my shortlist for 2023. Don’t much have the mindset for more material given today’s environment of most everything going up in price considerably along with more tax and additional fees. Planning to focus on essentials but somehow this jewel may change that.

Haven’t seen BBS thread here for a while, it used to be quite regular.

I’ve not done business with them for a couple years now as there is nothing they have that I have to have to justify the price bump. Otherwise, no issue with the seller and past purchases were smooth transactions.
